What an Educational Grant Is
An educational grant funds the production of one WarDocs episode on a theme your organization identifies. You bring the subject. WarDocs sources and books an expert speaker, produces the interview, and publishes it on every major podcast platform and on YouTube — where it remains available for our audience to download and share for years.
Your organization is credited as the provider of the educational grant that made the episode possible.
WarDocs determines the questions asked and the content published. That editorial independence is what makes the finished episode credible to our audience, and it is what makes it worth funding.
Who We Are
WarDocs — The Military Medicine Podcast is a 501(c)(3) non-profit operated entirely by volunteers. Since 2021 we have published more than 270 interviews with the physicians, nurses, medics, corpsmen, and leaders who have shaped military medicine across every Service, Corps, and rank. Every episode is free to every listener.
What Your Grant Produces
• One full-length WarDocs episode on a theme you identify
• An expert speaker sourced and booked by WarDocs
• Full production, editing, and publication across all major podcast platforms and YouTube
• Permanent placement in the WarDocs archive, where the episode stays available and shareable indefinitely
• Public credit to your organization as the educational grant provider, in the episode and in the published show notes
Cost and Eligibility
An educational grant is $750, which covers the full cost of producing and publishing one episode.

How an Educational Grant Differs from Sponsorship
Sponsorship supports WarDocs as an organization and earns recognition across our website, newsletter, and social channels. An educational grant funds one specific episode on one specific theme.
Put simply: sponsorship builds visibility. An educational grant creates content.
